Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor’s degree in Agriculture, Business Administration, or a related field; a Master’s degree is preferred.
  • Minimum of 8 years of experience in the agrochemical industry with a proven track record of success in sales and regional management.
  • Strong leadership skills with the ability to inspire and motivate a sales team.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to effectively manage relationships with clients and team members.
  • In-depth knowledge of the agrochemical market, including current trends and competitive landscape.
  • Ability to develop and implement strategic plans and manage budgets effectively.
  • Proficient in using CRM software and other sales management tools.
  • Willingness to travel frequently within Western UP for client meetings and field visits.


Roles and Responsibilities



  • Lead and manage the sales team in Western UP to achieve the company’s revenue targets and growth objectives in the agrochemical sector.
  • Develop and implement regional sales strategies to expand market share and enhance customer satisfaction.
  • Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
  • Establish and maintain strong relationships with key clients, distributors, and partners in the region.
  • Oversee the recruitment, training, and development of the sales team to ensure high performance and engagement.
  • Prepare and manage the regional budget, including forecasting and reporting on sales performance.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
  • Provide regular updates and reports to senior management on the region’s performance and strategic initiatives.
