Job Description:-

We seek a skilled Shipping Executive to oversee and manage our shipping operations. The ideal candidate will coordinate shipments, ensure timely delivery, and maintain quality standards. The Shipping Executive will work closely with various departments to streamline processes and optimize efficiency in logistics operations.

Key Responsibilities:-

• Coordination of Shipments: Arrange and coordinate goods shipments, ensuring compliance with shipping regulations and customer requirements.
• Timely Delivery: Monitor shipment schedules and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers.
• Documentation: Prepare and maintain accurate documentation for all shipments, including invoices, bills of lading, and customs documents.
• Vendor Management: Collaborate with shipping vendors to negotiate rates, track shipments, and resolve any issues that may arise during transit.
• Cost Optimization: Identify opportunities to optimize shipping costs and streamline logistics processes.
• Customer Service: Provide excellent customer service by promptly addressing inquiries and resolving shipping-related issues.
• Compliance: Stay informed about shipping regulations and ensure compliance with international trade laws and regulations.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Logistics, Supply Chain Management, Business Administration, or a related field.
• Proven experience in shipping, logistics, or supply chain management. • Strong organizational skills with the ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills. • Proficiency in logistics software and Microsoft Office Suite.
