As a Service Coordinator, you will be responsible for coordinating and managing all service activities related to commercial kitchen equipment. This includes scheduling maintenance and repairs, overseeing installations, and ensuring timely delivery of spare parts. You will work closely with our clients, technicians, and suppliers to ensure excellent service and customer satisfaction.

• Manage and maintain service contracts with clients
• Collaborate with technicians and suppliers to ensure timely delivery of spare parts
• Troubleshoot and resolve customer complaints or issues

• Prepare and maintain service reports and documentation

• Stay updated with industry trends and advancements in commercial kitchen equipment

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Service Coordinator or similar role in the commercial kitchen industry
• In-depth knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment and their functions
• Strong organizational and coordination skills
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and prioritize in a fast-paced environment
• Problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Attention to detail and ability to work independently
