Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee and manage end-to-end logistics operations, including transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Monitor and ensure timely delivery of goods to customers and resolve any delivery-related issues
• Collaborate with suppliers, vendors, and internal teams to optimize logistics processes and improve efficiency
• Implement and maintain logistics management systems to track inventory, shipments, and deliveries
• Prepare and analyze logistics reports to identify areas for improvement and cost-saving opportunities
• Manage and lead a team of logistics coordinators, assign tasks, and ensure smooth coordination
• Stay updated with industry trends, regulations, and best practices in logistics and implement changes as necessary
• Maintain and review documentation related to logistics operations, including contracts, invoices, and customs paperwork
• Ensure compliance with local and international logistics regulations and requirements.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field
• Proven experience in logistics operations, preferably in a similar role
• Strong knowledge of transportation, warehousing, and inventory management
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Proficient in logistics management software and tools
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
