Job Overview


We are seeking a highly experienced Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs Agrochemical to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. As the Senior Manager Regulatory Affairs Agrochemical, you will be responsible for overseeing all regulatory compliance activities related to agrochemical products. This role is based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India and is a full-time position.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Executive with more than 10 years of experience in regulatory affairs for agrochemical products
  • In-depth knowledge of regulatory requirements and guidelines for agrochemical products
  • Strong understanding of FDA regulations and other relevant regulatory authorities
  • Proven experience in managing regulatory compliance and ensuring timely submissions
  • Excellent project management skills and ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Effective communication skills to liaise with internal teams, regulatory agencies, and external stakeholders
  • Demonstrated leadership abilities to lead and mentor a team
  • Strategic thinking and ability to develop and implement regulatory strategies
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to adapt to changing regulatory environments and provide innovative solutions


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage and oversee all regulatory affairs activities related to agrochemical products
  • Develop and implement regulatory strategies and ensure compliance with applicable regulations and guidelines
  • Provide guidance and support to cross-functional teams on regulatory requirements and issues
  • Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to drive regulatory compliance and resolve any regulatory challenges
  • Monitor and stay updated on regulatory changes and communicate relevant information to the organization
  • Prepare and submit regulatory documents, such as product registrations, labeling, and safety data sheets
  • Ensure timely and accurate completion of regulatory submissions and response to regulatory agencies
  • Conduct risk assessments and develop risk management plans to ensure product safety and compliance
  • Participate in regulatory audits and inspections, and implement corrective actions as needed
  • Stay informed about industry best practices and trends in regulatory affairs
  • Lead and mentor a team of regulatory professionals
