Job Overview


We are seeking a highly professional and experienced Senior Executive for our Front Office operations. This role is critical in ensuring smooth and efficient front office management. The job location is Gurgaon, and the candidate is expected to have relevant work experience in front office management.


Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Oversee front desk operations including greeting and directing visitors, answering and routing phone calls.
  • Coordinate with internal departments to ensure smooth day-to-day operational activities.
  • Manage appointment schedules and prepare meeting rooms for client visits and internal meetings.
  • Handle correspondence, phone calls, and emails related to front office activities.
  • Maintain an organized and clean reception area to create a welcoming environment.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as data entry, filing, and maintaining office supplies inventory.
  • Provide assistance to the HR team on various projects i.e. Attendance, On Boarding, Training Coordination etc. and tasks as needed.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and protocols while managing front office activities.
  • To manage the travel arrangement of the company employees.



Qualifications and Skills:-


  • Proven experience as a Front Office Executive or similar role in a corporate environment, preferably in the HR Consulting industry.
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and team members.
  • Exceptional organizational and multitasking abilities to manage multiple tasks efficiently.
  • Proficiency in office software like MS Office (MS Word, MS Excel, and MS PowerPoint).
  • Knowledge of basic bookkeeping and office management procedures.
  • Ability to handle high-pressure situations with a calm and professional demeanor.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Must have a positive attitude and be a team player, willing to take on additional responsibilities as needed.
