We are looking for a Senior Engineer - Tool Room for our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. It is a full-time position with competitive Salary Range.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Manage the tool room operations, including planning, designing, and manufacturing of tools and dies.
• Supervise and train tool room technicians to ensure quality work output.
• Collaborate with engineering teams to understand tooling requirements for new projects.
• Maintain inventory and ensure proper maintenance of all tools and equipment.
• Troubleshoot issues in tooling and implement preventive maintenance measures.

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field.
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in tool room management.
• Strong knowledge of tool and die making processes.
• Ability to lead and mentor a team of tool room technicians.
• Proficient in CAD software for tool design.
• Excellent problem-solving and analytical skills.
