Job Overview

We are seeking a highly skilled Senior Engineer NPD Injection Molding to join our team. This role involves overseeing the development and implementation of new injection molding projects. The ideal candidate will have significant work experience in injection molding, as well as strong project management skills. The position is located in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Oversee the end-to-end process of new product development (NPD) for injection molding projects.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, production, and quality assurance, to ensure project success.
• Develop and optimize injection molding processes to improve efficiency, reduce costs, and enhance product quality.
• Troubleshoot and resolve technical issues related to injection molding equipment and processes.
• Ensure all projects comply with industry standards and regulatory requirements.
• Provide technical support and mentorship to junior engineers and other team members.
• Maintain detailed documentation of project progress, including design changes and test results.
• Stay updated on the latest industry trends and advancements in injection molding technology.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in injection molding, specifically in a senior engineering role.
• Proficient in the design and development of injection molding processes and techniques.
• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering, Polymer Science, or a related field.
• Strong problem-solving skills with the ability to troubleshoot and resolve technical issues effectively.
• Excellent project management skills with a proven track record of managing new product development projects from inception to completion.
• Ability to work collaboratively in a cross-functional team environment.
• Strong communication skills, both written and verbal, to effectively convey technical information.
• Hands-on experience with CAD software and other engineering tools relevant to the role.
