Qualifications and Skills:-

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in new product development
• Strong knowledge of product development processes, including design, prototyping, testing, and manufacturing
• Experience leading cross-functional teams and managing projects
• Proficiency in CAD software for 3D modeling and design
• Excellent communication and collaboration skills
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to multitask and prioritize work in a fast-paced environment
• Knowledge of regulatory standards and quality requirements in product development
• Previous experience in the automotive industry is a plus

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Lead and manage the new product development process from concept to commercialization
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams, including design, engineering, marketing, and manufacturing, to develop innovative products
• Identify customer needs and translate them into product requirements
• Conduct market research and competitor analysis to identify opportunities and drive product improvements
• Develop and maintain project timelines, budgets, and resource allocations
• Ensure compliance with regulatory standards and quality requirements throughout the development process
• Coordinate with external vendors and suppliers for component sourcing and manufacturing
• Conduct product testing and validation to ensure performance and reliability
• Provide technical support to internal teams and customers as needed
• Stay updated on industry trends and advancements in new product development
