Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Responsible for preparing PPAP documents.
• Responsible for monitoring and implementing ECN on time.
• Responsible for maintaining PPAP files as per retention period.
• Responsible for preparation and maintaining APQP documents.
• Responsible for conducting manufacturing feasibility for new project.
• Responsible for conducting Manufacturing process and product audit during new product development.
• Responsible for conducting Layout inspection during new product development.
• Responsible for taking corrective action against problem of occurred during ISC period.
• Responsible for tool trials during new developments
• Responsible for keeping track of activities during new project management.

Desired Candidate Skills:-

• Knowledge of ISO 9001, IATF 16949
• Previous Experience in Automobile Industry( Preferably from chrome plating)
• Knowledge in Automotive Core Tools like APQP, FMEA, MSA, SPC, PPAP,
• Must be able to control costs to achieve company budget goals
• Must be able to strong management skills with ability to supervise multiple teams
• Knowledge of APQP process
