Job Overview

We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced Sales Head to join at our client place based at Ahmedabad, Gujrat. As an RSM - Gujarat (FMCG), you will be responsible for overseeing the sales operations in the Gujarat region, specifically in the FMCG sector. This is a full-time position based in Gujarat with a competitive salary range.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement effective sales strategies to achieve organizational goals in the FMCG sector
• Manage and lead a team of sales executives to maximize sales performance
• Identify new business opportunities and build strong relationships with key clients
• Monitor market trends, competitor activities, and customer preferences to stay ahead of the competition
• Forecast sales targets and ensure sales objectives are met
• Review and analyze sales data to identify areas for improvement
• Provide training and guidance to sales team members
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive business growth and achieve customer satisfaction
• Attend industry events and conferences to network with potential clients
• Stay up-to-date with industry developments and best practices

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in a relevant field
• Proven experience as a Regional Sales Manager in the FMCG sector
• Strong leadership and team management skills
• Excellent communication and negotiation skills
• Ability to build and maintain relationships with key clients
• Result-oriented with a track record of meeting or exceeding sales targets
• In-depth knowledge of the FMCG industry and market trends
• Ability to analyze sales data and draw meaningful insights
• Willingness to travel within the Gujarat region
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software
