Om Sai Global HR Service is seeking an experienced Receptionist to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This mid-level position requires a minimum of 4 years and a maximum of 6 years of relevant work experience. The ideal candidate will be a professional who possesses excellent communication skills and the ability to manage various tasks efficiently.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Welcome visitors and clients by greeting them in person or on the telephone, answering or referring inquiries.
  • Direct visitors by maintaining employee and department directories, giving instructions.
  • Maintain security by following procedures, monitoring logbooks, and issuing visitor badges.
  • Answer, screen, and forward incoming phone calls to relevant staff members.
  • Sustain cleanliness and orderliness of the reception area to provide a professional atmosphere.
  • Coordinate front-desk activities, including distributing correspondence, redirecting phone calls, and scheduling client meetings.
  • Assist with administrative duties such as copying, faxing, and filing documents.
  • Provide basic and accurate information in-person and via phone/email.


Qualifications and Skills

  • Proven work experience as a Receptionist or in a similar role for a minimum of 3-6 years.
  • Exceptional communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Excellent customer service skills to ensure a hospitable environment for visitors and clients.
  • Strong organizational skills to maintain an orderly and efficient front office operation.
  • Ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously while maintaining a high level of accuracy and attention to detail.
  • Professionalism in demeanor and appearance, reflecting the company's standards and values.
  • Effective time management skills to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines efficiently.
  • Proficiency in computer skills, including MS Office applications and office management software.
