Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Perform inspection of the incoming raw material and components as per the Quality Assurance Plan for respective customers of Stem Type and Capillary Thermostat.
• Preparation of Incoming Quality Control (IQC) documentation on the basis of GRN received from the store.
• Ensure all incoming material checked with instruments- vernier, micrometer and other necessary gadgets against quality standards and parameters set.
• Check Parts being manufactured in Press Shop for all quality parameters and record the documents.
• Carrey out process Inspection on two hourly basis & The parts tag that Bin’s inspection/ok Tag.
• Carry out quality Rejection Analysis and complaint analysis on a monthly and annual basis with applicable supplier’s NG material disposal.
• Perform IQC of completed batches press parts before transferring to components store.
• Consistently follow an effective and efficient protocol to be used across all product lines.
• Support in inspecting components to ensure consistency and raw material support to production.
• Constant Patrolling around the line for keeping a visual check on raw material and Incoming Process.
• Report to quality manager for non conforming parts/raw material for necessary improvement in the quality and also monitor the same.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

•  Btech/Diploma Mechanical with 3-5 years of Knowledge and extensive experience of managing quality assurance practices.
• Ability to lead audit of the raw materials and finished goods in coordination with production and dispatch department.
• Strong communication, organizational skills, ability to prioritize, multi-task, and work effectively.
• Proficient in using MS Office and other related software’s.
• Audit of BOP child parts as per the inspection lay out and plan given by quality manager.
• Jointly functional trial on Assy. Production Engineer. + QA Engineer for In-house Press shop parts, BOP parts (Cavity wise) for internal & external production.
