Job Overview:-

We are seeking a Quality Engineer In Process to join our team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time role at a junior position level. The ideal candidate will have 1 to 3 years of work experience in quality assurance and process improvement. As a Quality Engineer In Process, you will ensure the quality of products and processes by implementing and managing quality assurance initiatives.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Develop and implement quality assurance processes and procedures.
• Identify, troubleshoot, and resolve issues affecting product quality.
• Conduct regular testing to ensure products meet established standards.
• Work closely with cross-functional teams to promote a culture of continuous improvement.
• Monitor and report on quality performance metrics.
• Undertake root cause analysis for defects and implement corrective actions.
• Provide quality assurance support during new product development and introduction phases.
• Ensure compliance with all relevant industry standards and regulations.
