Job Responsibilities


Roles & Responsibilities :-


  • To plan and ensure timely production completion activities as per plan and dispatch thereby ensuring optimal utilization of resources and ensuring quality standards being maintained at all time.
  • To able to manage the Technical Category of Agrochemical.
  • Able to manage the team of around 300 manpower including staff.
  • Should be sound in Technical terms of the chemical.
  • Should be able to manage the product packaging as per the standard.
  • To ensure timely conducting of Production Batches as per requirement, keeping productivity and quality norms in place.
  • Implementing cost saving measures to achieve substantial reduction in terms of man days, production cost, raw materials and energy consumption measures.
  • Required Strong Strategic Planning & Management Skills.

  • Management, Material Planning & Control and Implementing systems to meet Quality / Safety norms.
  • Ensure that the production schedule meets quality, lead-time and cost requirements.
  • Ensure the safety of staff, equipment and the neighbourhood, and that operations comply with environmental requirements.
  • Ensure that equipment undergoing maintenance is made safe.
  • Ensure that operating instructions and quality assurance documents are updated and followed.
  • Ensure that people are motivated and efficient in order to maintain high-level team performance.
  • Help to improve the facility’s productivity and operating conditions.
  • Help to foster greater synergy between Production, Maintenance and Inspection.
  • responsible for the technical coordination and control of the chemical production processes
  • Providing training on operations to all the employees


Desired Candidate Profile:-

  • Proficiency in chemical engineering and conducting reactions.
  • Managing people and equipment.
  • Process safety knowledge
  • 10-15 years of experience as production manager in agrochemical, pharma.
  • Should be graduate /post graduate in Chemistry.
  • Should be good in communications.
