Full-time production executive role based in Gurgaon. OM Sai Global HR Service is seeking a candidate for our client who will be responsible for overseeing the production processes and ensuring smooth operations. The ideal candidate should have a strong background in production management, excellent problem-solving skills, and the ability to optimize productivity.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Plan and coordinate production activities, ensuring adherence to quality standards and deadlines
• Should be able to read the drawing of the products.
• Monitor and evaluate production processes, identifying areas for improvement and implementing necessary changes
• Supervise and train production staff to ensure high performance and efficiency
• Ensure compliance with safety regulations and maintain a clean and organized work environment
• Order and maintain inventory of production supplies and equipment
• Collaborate with other departments, such as procurement and quality control, to ensure smooth operations
• Prepare production reports and documentation
• Troubleshoot production issues and address any technical problems

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering, Manufacturing, or a related field
• Proven experience in production management or a similar role
• Strong knowledge of production processes and quality standards
• Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities
• Required Good Knowledge of Instrumentation.
• Ability to optimize productivity and implement process improvements
• Good leadership and supervisory skills
• Proficient in using production software and systems
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
