We are currently seeking a highly knowledgeable and skilled Operations Executive to join our team. The ideal candidate should possess in-depth expertise in national and international INCO Terms, EXIM Policies, Customs Procedures, Freight Forwarding, CHA Handling, EXIM Documents, Clearances, Local Transportations, HSN Coding Systems, CD (Customs Duty), IGST (Integrated Goods and Services Tax), EXIM Data, Bonding, Debonding, and Export Promotion schemes in India. Proficiency in MS Office, Word is essential for this role.


Job description

 

 

  • Act as single Point of contact for customers and manage/negotiate pricing and co-ordinate for all shipments.
  • Maintain, grow and build long term relationship with Customers and overseas agents.
  • Research for rates and routes to get competitive rates for Air & Ocean export & import/FCL/LCL
  • Understanding of freight rates for various shipping routes and transportation modes.
  • Procuring prices for enquiries received from sales team by liaising with shipping lines/NVOCC.
  • Guiding the sales team by providing best competitive, economic profitable solutions.
  • Ensuring space availability and solving out equipment and space problems with carriers.
  • Analyzing RFQs receiving from customers and responds to them with pricing solutions.


Required Candidate Profile:-

  • Education: Bachelor's degree in logistics, supply chain management, or a related field is preferred.
  • Experience: 2-5 years of hands-on experience in export and import operations, freight forwarding, customs clearance, and EXIM documentation.
  • Knowledge: In-depth understanding of national and international INCO Terms, EXIM Policies, Customs Procedures, and Export Promotion Schemes in India.
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office applications, especially Word and PowerPoint, for effective reporting and presentation.
  • Communication: Excellent verbal and written communication skills to interact with internal teams, clients, and regulatory authorities.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical abilities to interpret EXIM data, identify patterns, and propose process improvements.
  • Team Player: Ability to collaborate effectively with cross-functional teams and maintain positive working relationships.
  • Detail-Oriented: Meticulous attention to detail to ensure accuracy in documentation and compliance
