Roles and Responsibilities

• Provide personalized care to patients based on their individual needs and requirements
• Assist patients with activities of daily living, including bathing, dressing, and grooming
• Administer medications as per the prescribed schedule and maintain accurate medication records
• Monitor and record vital signs, such as blood pressure, pulse, and temperature
• Ensure a clean and safe environment for the patients
• Assist with mobility and transfers, using appropriate lifting techniques
• Communicate effectively with patients, their families, and the healthcare team
• Maintain patient confidentiality and privacy at all times
• Report any changes in the patient's condition to the healthcare provider
• Follow infection control protocols and maintain hygiene standards
• Document patient care activities and maintain accurate records

Qualifications and Skills

• Previous experience as a Patient Care Taker or in a similar role
• Ability to provide emotional support to patients and their families
• Strong observational and problem-solving abilities
• Ability to work effectively in a team
• Attention to detail and good organizational skills
• Physical stamina and the ability to lift heavy objects if required
