Job Overview


We are seeking a skilled and experienced Officer - Regulatory Affairs (Agrochemical) to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. As a Senior Officer, you will be responsible for managing all aspects of regulatory compliance for our agrochemical products. This includes ensuring that our products meet all necessary regulatory requirements and assisting in the preparation and submission of registration dossiers. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in agrochemical regulatory affairs and a deep understanding of the regulatory landscape.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Ensure compliance with all relevant regulations, laws, and guidelines for our agrochemical products
  • Prepare and submit registration dossiers for new products and maintain existing product registrations
  • Monitor and stay up-to-date with regulatory changes and developments in the agrochemical industry
  • Collaborate with cross-functional teams to gather and evaluate data necessary for regulatory submissions
  • Coordinate with external partners, regulatory authorities, and agencies to resolve any regulatory issues or inquiries
  • Conduct internal audits to ensure adherence to regulatory standards and identify areas for improvement
  • Provide regulatory guidance and support to internal stakeholders, including R&D, manufacturing, and marketing teams
  • Participate in industry conferences and meetings to stay informed about the latest trends and best practices in agrochemical regulatory affairs


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Chemistry, Agricultural Sciences, or a related field
  • Minimum of 3-5 years of experience in agrochemical regulatory affairs
  • In-depth knowledge of local and international regulations and guidelines for agrochemical products
  • Strong understanding of the registration process and requirements for agrochemical products
  • Experience in preparing and submitting registration dossiers
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to effectively interact with internal and external stakeholders
  • Attention to detail and strong analytical skills
  • Ability to work independently and manage multiple projects simultaneously
  • Proficiency in regulatory software and databases.
