Roles and Responsibilities

• Develop and implement production plans and schedules based on customer orders and sales forecast
• Coordinate with sales team to gather information on customer orders and ensure timely delivery
• Plan and manage material requirements to meet production targets
• Monitor production progress and identify bottlenecks or issues
• Coordinate with various departments to ensure smooth production flow
• Optimize production processes to improve efficiency and reduce costs
• Conduct regular quality checks to ensure compliance with quality standards
• Manage manpower allocation and schedule shifts
• Prepare and present production reports to management

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience in production planning and control
• Strong knowledge of material planning and inventory management
• Excellent communication and coordination skills
• Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines
• Knowledge of quality standards and quality control processes
• Strong problem-solving and analytical skills
• Experience in coordinating with sales teams
• Proficient in MS Excel and other production planning software
• Attention to detail and accuracy
