Job Overview

We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Product Planning & Control Officer. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing the planning, scheduling, and control of our product development process. The ideal candidate should have 2 to 5 years of experience in product planning and control, preferably in the Mechanical area. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon, Haryana, India, at our company headquarters.

Roles and Responsibilities: -

• Develop and implement product planning strategies to meet business objectives.
• Coordinate with cross-functional teams to gather requirements and define product features.
• Create and maintain project timelines, ensuring timely delivery of products.
• Monitor and control project progress, identifying and resolving any issues that may arise.
• Collaborate with stakeholders to ensure product quality and customer satisfaction.
• Manage inventory levels and ensure efficient production planning and control.
• Analyze market trends and competitors to identify opportunities for product improvement.
• Prepare reports and presentations on product performance and market analysis.
• Stay updated on industry developments and incorporate best practices into product planning.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Diploma / bachelor's degree in mechanical or Plastic/CIPET.
• 2 to 5 years of experience in product planning and control.
• Strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
• Analytical mindset with the ability to make data-driven decisions.
• Proficient in project management software and tools.
• Knowledge of plastic Injection moulding area.
• Ability to work independently and collaborate effectively in a team.
