Roles and Responsibilities

• Design and develop injection molds according to specifications.
• Collaborate with engineering and production teams to ensure mold designs meet requirements.
• Perform feasibility studies and make recommendations for mold improvements.
• Test and validate mold designs to ensure functionality and efficiency.
• Troubleshoot and resolve any design or production issues related to molds.

Qualifications and Skills

• Minimum 6-8 years of experience in mould designing in the injection molding industry.
• Proficient in CAD software for designing injection molds.
• Strong understanding of materials used for injection molding processes.
• Excellent problem-solving skills with attention to detail.
• Effective communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.
