Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines according to specifications and instructions from supervisors.
• Read and interpret engineering drawings, blueprints, and technical documents.
• Monitor machine operations and make necessary adjustments to ensure accuracy and quality.
• Perform routine maintenance and cleaning of machines to ensure optimal performance.
• Inspect finished products to ensure they meet specified standards and requirements.
• Collaborate with team members to optimize production processes and resolve any issues.
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment, adhering to all safety protocols and guidelines.
• Report any mechanical problems or safety concerns to the supervisor immediately.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience operating milling machines, preferably in a manufacturing or workshop setting.
