Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate milling machines to produce precision-cut parts
• Read blueprints, specifications, or instructions to determine setup requirements
• Calibrate and adjust machine settings to ensure proper cutting and shaping
• Monitor machine operations and make adjustments as needed
• Inspect finished products for quality and accuracy
• Maintain a clean and safe work environment
• Troubleshoot issues and perform routine maintenance on machines

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a Milling Machine Operator
• Proficient in reading blueprints and technical specifications
• Strong attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
• Excellent manual dexterity and hand-eye coordination
• Basic math and measurement skills
• Ability to lift heavy materials and stand for long periods of time
