Job Overview


Full-time Manager - Maintenance (Toolroom) position based at Bhiwani (Haryana). Our client is seeking a highly skilled and experienced individual to manage the maintenance department and ensure optimal functioning of all mechanical systems within the organization. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in mechanical engineering with expertise in maintenance management.


Roles and Responsibilities

  • Candidate must be capable of leading a team of workers and motivate them to perform.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of replacement and maintenance of gear boxes and dismantling, installation, labeling, alignment, balancing.
  • Candidate must have knowledge of maintenance of replacement, table liner replacement etc.
  • Spares identification & resourcing.
  • Alignment & static balancing of Machines.
  • Should have good knowledge of drawings.
  • Developing and maintaining critical spare parts of the machines.
  • Familiar with the measurement and workshop manufacturing machines.
  • Developing and validating engineering drawings for machine parts, enhancing precision in maintenance activities.
  • Maintaining comprehensive breakdown and preventive maintenance data, supporting strategic planning.
  • Creating and managing documentation for preventive maintenance audits.
  • A key role in in-house projects contributing to successful project completion.
  • Prepared job completion reports for billing purposes.
  • Should have good communication skill.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or a related field.
  • Proven experience in maintenance management, preferably in a manufacturing or industrial setting.
  • Strong knowledge of mechanical systems and equipment.
  • Ability to lead and manage a team effectively.
  • Excellent problem-solving and decision-making skills.
  • Good understanding of safety regulations and industry standards.
  • Proficient in using maintenance management software.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Attention to detail and organizational abilities.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet deadlines.
