Roles and Responsibilities :-
- Manage and oversee the daily accounting operation including (Month end & Year end Process, AR/AP, Cash Receipt, General Ledger, Payroll & utilities records, Cash forcasting, debtors/creditors etc).
- Should be able to prepare Trial Balance, Profit & Loss, Fixed assets & GST annual statement and Balance Sheet.
- Establish and enforce proper accounting methods, policies and principles.
- Coordination with Internal & Statutory Auditors.
- Preparation of the Balance Sheet and Final Accounts for the Company.
- Worked in Sizable corporate where he is involved in the finalization of the accounts independently.
- Handling Manufacturing Unit Accounts Finalization, Compliance, Taxation, Costing, Planning, Budgeting,
- Cash flow management, Risk management, MIS etc
- Improve systems and procedures and initiate corrective actions.
- Maintain accounting records and prepare MIS Monthly/Quarterly/Half Yearly/Yearly.
- Able to make the payment of Statutory compliances i.e. PF, ESIC, LWF etc.
- Liaise with internal and external auditors (where applicable).
- Provide required details to internal/statutory Audit as and when required.
- Resolve the quarry raise by the auditor on timely manner.
- Ensuring Data Updation on package routinely.
- Bank reconciliation daily for major banks and monthly submission.
- To help the management on monthly closing.
- Provide the accounting data on timely manner for annual and monthly return filing and assessment of GST/TDS/IT returns.
- Timely complete the monthly MIS report of group companies.
- Records & keeping Documentation for individuals/ trusts/Companies.
Desired Candidate Profile :-
- Required 8-10 Years of Experience in Manufacturing Industries.
- Required education would be CA/CMA/ICWA only.
- Should be good hand on experience in MS Office and other accounting package.
- Should be good in communication skills.
- Able to manage the team of 8-10 employees
- Ideal candidate should have knowledge to handle large scale industry.
