Job Overview

We are hiring a Maintenance Manager for our Work Shop/Tool Room department. This is a full-time position located in Gurgaon. The salary range for this role is competitive and will be based on the candidate's qualifications and experience. As the Maintenance Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the maintenance and repair of all equipment and tools in our workshop/tool room.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Supervise and manage the maintenance team in the workshop/tool room
• Develop and implement maintenance procedures and ensure compliance with safety regulations
• Plan and schedule preventive maintenance activities for all equipment and tools
• Troubleshoot and diagnose equipment malfunctions and perform necessary repairs
• Coordinate with external vendors for specialized repairs and maintenance services
• Maintain inventory of spare parts and materials required for maintenance
• Ensure the workshop/tool room is kept clean and organized
• Train and mentor maintenance staff to enhance their technical skills
• Monitor and report on the performance of equipment and tools
• Collaborate with other departments to optimize maintenance processes and minimize downtime

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical Engineering or relevant field
• Proven experience as a Maintenance Manager or similar role
• Strong knowledge of equipment and tool maintenance procedures
• Hands-on experience in troubleshooting and repairing industrial equipment
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Ability to prioritize tasks and work under pressure
• Good communication and interpersonal skills
