Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Coordinating with suppliers for PI and ensuring that PO is supplied to supplier on time.
• Coordinating with internal departments for LC drafts and sharing the same with supplier.
• Coordinating with Supplier for shipping information and document follow up.
• Ensuring correct documents are received and sharing the same with supplier.
• Follow up with CHA for clearance of container, checking of Check list ,Follow up will container is cleared.
• Coordinating with Transporter for placement of vehicles, follow up till delivery.
• Maintaining records of all documents and ensuring that proper tracker for all activities is maintained with costs captured correctly.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience in related field.
• Demonstrated experience -Atleast 3 years in managing EXIM activities.
• Problem solving skills
• Proficiency in MS Office applications like MS word ,Excel, Powerpoint.
• Proven experience in managing EXIM activities
• The ideal Candidate should be good in communications skills.
