We are looking for a highly skilled and experienced HR Officer - Female to join at our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana, India. As an HR Officer, you will be responsible for the overall human resource management of the company. This is a mid-level position that requires a minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in HR.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Manage end-to-end recruitment process.
• Coordination with the recruitment consultant for smooth hiring process.
• To mark the attendance on employees on regular basis.
• To prepare Payroll on monthly basis.
• To handle the ESIC, PF, LWF grievances on the staff.
• To prepare the Monthly ESIC & PF Challan.
• Administer employee benefits and maintain employee records.
• To handle administrative activities on regular basis.
• Resolve employee relations issues and provide guidance to managers and employees.
• Stay updated with the latest HR trends and best practices.
• Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
• Maintain HR documentation and prepare HR reports

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management or related field
• Minimum of 4 to 6 years of experience in HR
• Strong knowledge of employment laws and regulations
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
• Ability to work independently and handle confidential information
• Proficient in MS Office and attendance software
• Attention to detail and strong organizational skills.
• Ability to multitask and prioritize workload.
• Problem-solving and decision-making skills.
• Ability to build and maintain positive relationships with employees.
