Job Overview


We are seeking a Mid-Level HR Officer to join our dynamic team in Gurgaon. This is a full-time position that requires expertise in various HR functions including recruitment, payroll management, and general administration. The ideal candidate will have experience in HR policies, onboarding, training and development, performance management, and HR compliance.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Manage end-to-end recruitment processes, from job postings to conducting interviews and making hiring decisions.
  • Oversee payroll management to ensure accurate and timely salary disbursements.
  • Handle general administrative tasks including employee records, office supplies, and other administrative duties.
  • Implement HR policies and ensure adherence across all departments.
  • Facilitate onboarding processes to welcome and integrate new employees into the organization.
  • Develop and coordinate training programs aimed at enhancing employee skills and capabilities.
  • Conduct performance reviews and provide constructive feedback to employees for their development.
  • Ensure HR compliance with all employment laws and regulations.


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience in recruitment with a strong ability to source and screen candidates effectively.
  • Expertise in payroll management, ensuring timely and accurate payroll processing (Mandatory skill).
  • Strong general administration skills, including office management and employee record maintenance (Mandatory skill).
  • Comprehensive understanding of HR policies and their implementation within the organization.
  • Experience in onboarding processes, ensuring new hires are integrated smoothly into the company culture.
  • Adept in training and development programs to enhance employee skills and performance.
  • Proficient in performance management systems to assess and improve employee performance.
  • Knowledge of HR compliance to ensure all HR activities meet legal and regulatory requirements.
