Lead HR & Admin role at out client place based at Gurgaon. Responsible for overseeing HR functions, admin operations, and ensuring organizational effectiveness. Full-time position with a competitive salary range.


Roles and Responsibilities


  • Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
  • Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for employees
  • Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations
  • Lead and coordinate administrative functions including facilities management and office operations
  • Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and employee development


Qualifications and Skills


  • Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
  • Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
  • Excellent communication and leadership skills
  • Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR software
  • Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
