Roles and Responsibilities
- Develop and implement HR strategies and initiatives aligned with the overall business strategy
- Manage recruitment, onboarding, and retention processes for employees
- Oversee employee relations, performance management, and compliance with labor regulations
- Lead and coordinate administrative functions including facilities management and office operations
- Collaborate with management to support organizational goals and employee development
Qualifications and Skills
- Proven experience as an HR manager or similar role
- Strong knowledge of HR functions and best practices
- Excellent communication and leadership skills
- Proficiency in HRIS, MS Office, and other HR software
- Bachelor’s / Master degree in Human Resources or related field.
