Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Broad experience of working in an automotive environment (Preferably from chrome plating.
• Ability to handle design software like UF, 3D, 2D.
• Creating Ideas for Cost Reduction.
• Technical knowledge of the design process.
• Must be able to control costs to achieve company budget goals.
• Must be able to strong management skills with ability to supervise multiple teams.
• Knowledge of Core Tools.
• Good Knowledge of APQP process
• Authorize for approving tool design for tool making.
• Authorize for approving laser programming.
• Authorize for approving list of master drawing.
• Coordination of all activities related to design.
• Responsible for defining the responsibility, authority and interrelation of personnel within the design & development.
• Responsible for reviewing tools drawing and module.
• Identifying of Training needs for personnel and evaluation of effectiveness of the training with in department.
• Responsible for maintaining and implementation of ISO 9001 and IATF documentation.
• Developing and implementing continuous improvement projects.
• Responsible for maintaining customer property.
• Responsible for achieving quality objectives.
• Responsible for providing tool’s drawing and data.
• Responsible for monitoring and implementing Engineering change note.
• Responsible for maintaining master list of drawing.
• Responsible for doing MFA during new tool design.
• Responsible for tool design validation.
• Responsible for part rendering.
• Responsible for reviewing laser machine programming.
• Responsible for conducting tool’s making feasibility.
