Roles & Responsibilities :-


  • Organizing special meeting with doctors and healthcare professions through medical representatives according to his daily and monthly planning.
  • Set-up campaign and awareness programs for patients & healthcare professionals.
  • Keep in regular contact with team members and maintain healthy communication & relationship.
  • Organizing conferences and seminars for doctors and healthcare professions.
  • Generating New Business through his Team.
  • Fulfil all requirements of his team.
  • Reviewing sale and stock availability in assigned territory.
  • Completing monthly, quarterly and yearly sales target.
  • Building relationships with Doctor and Healthcare professions.
  • Daily reporting to seniors about daily work, meetings and performance.
  • Market review of new products and services.
  • Keeping detailed record of contacts.
  • Regularly attending monthly, quarterly and yearly meetings of the company.
  • Keeping up to date about company products, services and schemes.
  • Monitoring activities, products and services of competitors.


Desired Candidate Profile :-


  • A very successful track record of sales (Minimum 5-6 Year of Experience in CIS).
  • Ideal Candidate should be well known of Russian Language.
  • Strategic account planning.
  • Analytical and problem-solving skills.
  • Able to identify, support and win new seven-figure sales opportunities.
  • International experience.
  • Customer focused.
  • Excellent negotiating skills.
  • Able to use initiative as well as to work as part of a team.
  • Self-motivated, confident and results driven individual.
  • Identification of customer needs and challenges.
  • Territory management.
  • Knowledgeable and proficient user of Sales force.
  • Candidate should be from India Origin.
  • Must have knowledge of these segments Anti Infective, Respiratory, Cough & Cold, Gastro Intestinal, Cardiovascular, Neuro, Diabetic, Analgesic, and Nutritional.
