Roles & Responsibilities:-

• Manage Asset Stock.
• Manage Hardware & Software AMC for (Firewall, UPS / Adobe, O365, Anti-Virus, Email Security).
• Manage O365 Monthly Invoicing, & Windows License procurement.
• Manage Azure Monthly Invoicing.
• Manage Sophos Email Security & Anti-Virus License procurement.
• Manage ISP Invoicing and payment process.
• Manage assets procurement.
• Manage License Agreement.
• Manage Adobe PDF License procurement.
• Software Installation- Windows 10/11, Windows Server, Antivirus, AutoCAD, GIS, ERP, Adobe Pdf and Open-source software as per requirement.
• Hardware Testing and Repairing with Software Support, Formatting & updating.
• Desktop/Laptop & Network Support to all Users with Azure AD/ Tally / Printer / CCTV/ O365 / EPBX Systems / BIO Systems.
• Manage User Backup on One Drive.
• SSD HDD Installation.
• Manage Existing User Backup.
• Manage Assets Configuration.
• CCTC camera installation, maintenance, and Backup.
• Biometric machine installation & Integration.
• Manage Network Security Health Check and 24/7 Monitoring of All Servers with Network and Mails.

Desired Candidate Profile :-

• Required 2-4 Years of experience in IT or similar domain.
• Should be sound in technically with respect of IT.
• Interpersonal Skills
• Problem solving skills
• Should be good in communication skills.
• Must be diploma/degree/graduate in IT or equivalent to the relevant field.
