Job Overview
We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive - HR & Admin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment, training, and human capital development. As an Executive - HR & Admin, you will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions of our company. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.
Qualifications and Skills
- Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
- At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration
- Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
- Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
- Detail-oriented and highly organized
- Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
- Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
Roles and Responsibilities
- Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
- Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
- Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
- Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
- Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans
- Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
- Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
- Handle employee payroll, attendance, and leave management
- Maintain employee records and update HR databases
- Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
- Manage office supplies and facilities, including vendor management
- Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
