Job Overview

We are looking for a talented and motivated individual to join our team as an Executive - HR & Admin. This role offers an exciting opportunity to work in a fast-paced HR consulting firm specializing in recruitment, training, and human capital development. As an Executive - HR & Admin, you will be responsible for managing the HR and administrative functions of our company. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon with a competitive salary range.

Qualifications and Skills

  • Bachelor's degree in Human Resources, Business Administration, or related field
  • At least 3 years of experience in HR and administration
  • Strong knowledge of HR principles, practices, and labor laws
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills
  • Ability to handle confidential information with discretion and professionalism
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Detail-oriented and highly organized
  • Ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks
  • Strong problem-solving and decision-making skills
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

Roles and Responsibilities

  • Coordinate and manage the entire recruitment process, from sourcing candidates to onboarding
  • Conduct interviews, assess candidates, and make recommendations for hiring decisions
  • Develop and implement effective HR policies and procedures
  • Manage employee relations, including handling employee grievances and disciplinary actions
  • Oversee performance management processes, including goal-setting, performance evaluations, and performance improvement plans
  • Administer and maintain employee benefits programs, including health insurance and retirement plans
  • Ensure compliance with labor laws and regulations
  • Handle employee payroll, attendance, and leave management
  • Maintain employee records and update HR databases
  • Assist in the development and delivery of training programs
  • Manage office supplies and facilities, including vendor management
  • Provide general administrative support to the team as needed
