Job Overview:-


We are looking for a Executive - Front Office/Reception to join our client place based at Gurgaon, Haryana. This is a full-time position located at our headquarters in Gurgaon. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the front desk and providing administrative support to the team. Previous work experience in a similar role will be beneficial.


Roles and Responsibilities:-


  • Greet and welcome guests as soon as they arrive at the office.
  • Direct visitors to the appropriate person and office.
  • Have to handle Attendance of the staff.
  • Have to handle Housekeeping Management
  • Have to handle Pantry Management
  • Have to Handle Courier Management
  • Have to handle Travel management of the organization employees.
  • Answer, screen and forward incoming phone calls.
  • Maintain office security by following safety procedures and controlling access via the reception desk.
  • Receive, sort, and distribute daily mail and deliveries.
  • Maintain an organized and presentable reception area.
  • Assist with the scheduling of meetings and appointments.
  • Perform other administrative duties such as filing, photocopying, and faxing.



Qualifications and Skills:-


  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills to effectively interact with clients and colleagues.
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple tasks efficiently and effectively.
  • Proficiency in MS Office Suite including Word, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Previous experience in a front office or administrative role is preferred.
  • Ability to maintain a friendly and professional demeanor at all times.
  • Excellent time management skills with the ability to prioritize tasks.
  • Strong attention to detail to ensure accuracy and quality in all tasks.
  • Ability to handle sensitive information with confidentiality and discretion.
