Roles & Responsibilities :-

• Lead and oversee the engineering function, including Research & Development, Design and Development, and Technology Strategy.
• Drive the development of innovative and scalable solutions that address market needs and deliver exceptional value to our customers.
• Collaborate closely with cross-functional teams to define product requirements, specifications, and timelines.
• Champion a culture of innovation, continuous improvement, and excellence within the engineering organization.
• Develop and implement technology strategies that align with business goals and drive long-term growth and sustainability.
• Stay abreast of emerging technologies, industry trends, and competitive landscapes to inform strategic decision-making.
• Foster a collaborative and inclusive work environment where team members are empowered to contribute their best ideas and talents.
• Provide leadership, mentorship, and guidance to engineering teams, promoting professional growth and development.

Desired Candidate Profile:-

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• Proven track record of success in engineering leadership roles, with a minimum of 10-15 years of experience in Research & Development, Design and Development, and Technology Strategy.
• Preferably with an international experience of partnerships.
• Strong technical expertise across multiple domains, with a deep understanding of engineering principles and best practices.
• Demonstrated ability to translate technical concepts into actionable strategies and plans that drive business outcomes.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in the development and delivery of complex projects and products.
• Excellent communication, collaboration, and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and inspire others.
• Strategic mindset with the ability to think creatively and analytically to solve complex problems and identify opportunities.
