We are seeking an experienced Costing Engineer to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. This role is crucial for the financial and operational success of our projects. The candidate will be responsible for analyzing various costs related to manufacturing, labor, materials, and other expenditures to ensure accurate pricing and cost control. This role is based in Gurgaon.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Analyze and determine the various costs associated with manufacturing, labor, and materials.
• Prepare detailed cost estimates and budgets for projects.
• Monitor and control costs throughout the project lifecycle.
• Collaborate with project managers and engineers to ensure cost-effectiveness.
• Provide financial reports and cost-saving recommendations to upper management.
• Develop and maintain a cost database for future reference.
• Conduct variance analysis to compare estimated costs to actual costs.
• Ensure compliance with financial guidelines and company policies.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• A bachelor's degree in Engineering, Finance, or a related field.
• Minimum of 3 years of experience in costing, financial analysis, or a similar role.
• Strong understanding of cost accounting and financial principles.
• Proficiency in cost management software and MS Excel.
• Excellent analytical and quantitative skills.
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
