CNC VMC Programmer Cum Setter position available at our client place based at Pune, Maharashtra. This is full time position with competitive salary range.

Roles and Responsibilities

• New Part Development and process planning based on engineering blueprints.
• Develop CNC & VMC Program for precision machining of 2-5 axis components.
• Develop Basic fixtures for parts.
• Supervise Lathe and VMC Machine.
• Plan Machining activity sequence to reduce turnaround time for jobs.
• Look after regular unkeep of CNC & VMC Machines.
• Need to have knowledge of sequence of different machine operations.
• Need to have 2-3 years of experience of CNC and VMC machining and programming.
• The ideal will works a team Leader for machining department and coordinate activities with quality and planning department.
• This position report to directly to the top management.
• Set up machines to specifications

Qualifications and Skills

• Autocad and Mastercam is must
• Good working knowledge on Excel.
• Good Written and verbal communications.
• Quick Learner with the ability to handle multiple tasks simultaneously.
• Strong sense of time organization and urgency.
• Able to work independently and within a team.
