We are seeking a skilled CNC Turn Mill Operator to join our team at our client place based at Gurgaon. As a CNC Turn Mill Operator, you will be responsible for setting up, operating, and maintaining CNC machines to produce high-quality parts.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up CNC machines and inspect workpieces to ensure they meet specifications
• Operate CNC machines to perform turning, milling, and drilling operations
• Monitor machine performance and make adjustments as necessary
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues with CNC machines
• Perform routine maintenance of CNC machines
• Read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Maintain a safe and organized work environment
• Adhere to production schedules and meet deadlines
• Collaborate with team members to optimize machine performance and efficiency

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Turn Mill Operator
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming and tooling
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with precision measuring instruments
• Excellent attention to detail and problem-solving skills
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team
