Roles and Responsibilities

• Create and optimize CNC programs using Solid Work software.
• Review and interpret blueprints, engineering drawings, and specifications.
• Set up machines and tools for CNC operations.
• Monitor and adjust machine settings to ensure product quality and accuracy.
• Perform routine maintenance and troubleshooting of CNC machines.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to improve machining processes.
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards.
• Document and maintain CNC program files and tooling records.
• Train and mentor junior CNC operators.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proficiency in Solid Work software for CNC programming.
• Strong understanding of blueprint reading and GD&T.
• Experience in setting up and operating CNC machines.
• Knowledge of machining processes and tooling.
• Attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Ability to troubleshoot and perform routine maintenance on CNC machines.
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills.
