As a CNC Programmer, you will be responsible for operating and programming computer numerical control (CNC) machines to produce precision components.

Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines to perform precision machining tasks
• Read and interpret blueprints, technical drawings, and specifications
• Write and modify CNC programs using CAD/CAM software
• Select and install cutting tools, attachments, and accessories
• Monitor machine operations to ensure proper performance and quality
• Conduct routine maintenance on CNC machines to ensure their optimal functioning
• Troubleshoot and resolve production issues
• Collaborate with other team members to optimize production processes
• Ensure compliance with safety and quality standards
• Document production data and create reports as needed

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer or similar role
• Proficient in operating and programming CNC machines
• Strong knowledge of CNC programming languages (e.g., G-code)
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings
• Familiarity with CAD/CAM software
• Excellent attention to detail and precision
• Good problem-solving and troubleshooting skills
• Ability to work independently and collaboratively
• Strong time management and organizational skills
• Knowledge of safety and quality standards in machining
