We are seeking a skilled CNC Programmer specializing in 5-Axis machinery to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for creating, analyzing, and optimizing CNC programs for complex components. The position is based in Gurgaon and necessitates experience in CNC programming and machining processes.

Roles and Responsibilities:-

• Develop and optimize CNC programs for 5-axis machines to produce precision components.
• Collaborate with engineers and designers to understand component requirements and specifications.
• Select appropriate tools, cutting speeds, and feed rates for efficient machining operations.
• Perform simulations and test runs to ensure the accuracy and efficiency of CNC programs.
• Analyze and resolve any operational issues encountered during the machining process.
• Maintain and update CNC programs to improve performance and reduce production time.
• Ensure all machined components meet stringent quality standards and specifications.
• Document and maintain records of CNC programs, tooling instructions, and setup sheets.

Qualifications and Skills:-

• Proven experience as a CNC Programmer with a focus on 5-axis machining.
• Proficiency in CAD/CAM software, particularly for creating and optimizing CNC programs.
• Excellent understanding of machining processes, cutting tool selection, and fixture design.
• Ability to read and interpret technical drawings and 3D models accurately.
• Strong problem-solving skills to troubleshoot and resolve machining issues effectively.
• Knowledge of material properties and machining characteristics of different metals and composites.
• Experience in setting up CNC machines, including loading tools, setting zero points, and adjusting offsets.
• Attention to detail and a commitment to producing high-quality precision components.
