We are seeking a skilled CNC Operator to join our team at Om Sai Global HR Service. As a CNC Operator, you will be responsible for operating computer numerical control (CNC) machines to perform various machining operations. This is a full-time position based in Gurgaon and offers a competitive salary in the range of X to Y per month. Roles and Responsibilities

• Set up and operate CNC machines according to given specifications.
• Review work orders and blueprints to determine the machining operations required.
• Load raw materials into the machines and monitor the machining process to ensure quality.
• Adjust machine settings to achieve desired results and make minor repairs when necessary.
• Inspect finished products for defects and ensure they meet the required specifications.
• Maintain a clean and safe work area, following all safety guidelines and protocols.
• Troubleshoot issues with the machines and perform regular maintenance.
• Collaborate with the production team to optimize productivity and efficiency.

Qualifications and Skills

• Proven experience as a CNC Operator or similar role.
• Proficiency in operating CNC machines and understanding of programming languages (G-code).
• Ability to read and interpret blueprints and technical drawings.
• Strong attention to detail and quality-oriented mindset.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and ability to troubleshoot machine issues.
• Basic understanding of machine maintenance and repair.
• Good communication and collaboration skills.
• Ability to work independently and as part of a team.
• Physical stamina and dexterity to perform the job duties.
