Roles and Responsibilities

• Lead and manage civil engineering projects, ensuring timely delivery within budget constraints
• Coordinate with clients, contractors, and other stakeholders to ensure project requirements are met
• Develop project plans, schedules, and budgets
• Monitor project progress and performance, and implement corrective actions as needed
• Conduct site inspections to ensure compliance with safety regulations and quality standards
• Prepare and present project reports and documentation
• Mentor and develop junior engineers and other team members
• Stay updated with industry trends, technologies, and best practices to ensure project success

Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Civil Engineering or a related field
• Minimum of 5 years of experience in civil engineering, with at least 2 years in a managerial role
• Strong knowledge of project management methodologies and software
• Excellent leadership and team management skills
• Proven track record of successfully managing construction projects from start to finish
• Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with attention to detail
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, both verbal and written
• Ability to work under pressure and handle multiple tasks simultaneously
