Roles and Responsibilities :-

• Develop and implement strategies to drive the growth of the plywood division
• Manage the overall operations of the plywood division, including production, sales, and distribution
• Monitor market trends and competitors to identify new business opportunities
• Build and maintain strong relationships with key stakeholders and clients
• Lead and motivate a team of plywood sales professionals to achieve sales targets
• Set and track performance goals for the plywood division

Qualifications and Skills :-
