Roles & Responsibilities:-

  • New Customers identification, Lead generation etc.
  • Should be able to handle Daily Order Checking.
  • Regular Payment follow-up with Parties.
  • Management shall not remind you for any follow-up.
  • Updation of Price List on regular basis.
  • Update Payments status on regular basis.
  • Maintaining customer profile.
  • Regularly updating customer profile.
  • Relations with Customers in Prod, Quality, Accounts & Purchase Team by being regularly in touch via phone as well as physical visit on intervals.
  • Taking customer review periodically
  • Should be good in Communication, Negotiation, Time Management, Networking, Customer Skills, Persuasion, Listening, Selling Skills, Meeting Etiquette
  • Should be familiar with Computer Skills, MS Office, IT skills,
  • Should be Confident, Go-getter, Charming, Humorous, Kind, Persistent.
  • Should be Punctual, Calm, Dedicated, Friendly, Hardworking,

Trust worthy, High Energy, Sincere

Note:-The ideal candidate should be from preform Domain Knowledge preferably Oil/Beverages (FMCG), Basics of Hygiene only.
