Qualifications and Skills

• Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field
• Proven experience in business development, sales, or a similar role
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills

• Good knowledge of the HR industry and market trends

Roles and Responsibilities

• Identify and pursue new business opportunities by networking, cold calling, and market research
• Build and maintain strong client relationships by understanding their needs and providing excellent customer service
• Prepare and deliver sales presentations, proposals, and contracts
• Achieve sales targets and meet or exceed monthly, quarterly, and annual revenue goals
• Collaborate with the team to develop and implement sales strategies
• Stay up-to-date with industry trends, competitors, and market conditions
• Attend networking events, conferences, and industry meetings to generate leads and promote the company
• Maintain accurate records of sales activities, customer interactions, and transactions
• Provide timely and accurate reports to the management on sales activities and performance
