Roles & Responsibilities :-

  • We are looking for an ambitious and energetic Business Development Manager to help us expand our clientele. You will be the front of the company and will have the dedication to create and apply an effective sales strategy. The goal is to drive sustainable financial growth through boosting sales and forging strong relationships with clients.
  • To meet the company objectives in terms of revenue and gross profit for the assigned territory.
  • Contacting potential clients to establish rapport and arrange meetings.
  • Researching organizations and individuals to find new opportunities.
  • Increasing the value of current customers while attracting new ones.
  • Finding and developing new markets and improving sales.
  • Finding our new tenders and developing quotes liasoning with estimation team and proposals for clients.
  • Keep records of sales, revenue, invoices etc.
  • Build long-term relationships with new and existing customers
  • To develop, meet various kitchen consultants, PMC to enhance no of tenders / prospects
  • To approach all corporate clients related to the co pdt profile, hotel operators, restaurant chains to enhance the enquiry level
  • Analyze the prices vis-à-vis tender speces and prepare the tender BOQ sheet for review and tender submission
  • Re-work on various options, VE propostion as per consultant guideline and client expectation in line with their budget
  • Develop relationship with all existing suppliers, negotiations along with estimation team for offering various options in tender
  • Negotiate the best payment terms, warranty support, contract conditions from the client and maintaining high level of integrity.
  • Identification of all requirement and ensuring requisition for purchase issued in co-ordination with design dept and MAS Approval
  • Work closely with estimation, planning and procurement team for delivery in line with project completion plan, prepare cost benefit analysis
  • Liaosn with Project and site team and ensure the client is satisfied with our deliverable and report to manager or escalate to next level
  • Arranging of goods inspection time to time / sample evaluation for local pdt if required based on product profile with technical & project management team
  • Lisoan with production, factories wherever applicable in co-ordination with Logistics dept for arranging of timely deliveries at project site,
  • Coordinate with client / staff and reporting manager for day to day basis.
  • Better commutation Skill
  • Basis knowledge of commercial kitchen equipment.

 

Industry: Commercial kitchen field

Qualification: Degree Engineering/ Bachelors / Mechanical / Electrical engineering / Diploma

Preferably; Commercial Kitchen Equipment / Relevant Industry exp & only sales management degree
